Lawrence L. McCooey, CPA, PFS, CGMA
Larry McCooey serves as President of The Orchard Foundation and The Alliance Development Fund (ADF). He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Personal Financial Specialist (PFS), Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA), and holds a Series 66 license. Larry has nearly 35 years of financial industry experience and has served more than 25 years on The Christian and Missionary Alliance (C&MA), The Orchard Foundation and ADF Investment Committees. He previously led the C&MA Finance Division as vice president and treasurer. He has also served on the Finance Committee and as treasurer on the Board of Directors for Town and Country Manor for 14 years, which included overseeing their portfolio. Larry has a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of New York at Buffalo as well as post-graduate studies in accounting.
Timothy W. Cummings, JD, CMA

Tim Cummings has been with The Orchard Foundation since June 2014 and serves as Vice President/Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer. As a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) and licensed attorney, Tim brings a wealth of knowledge and a passion for Orchard’s mission. Tim previously served as General Counsel and Assistant Corporate Secretary for The Christian and Missionary Alliance (C&MA); a position he held for 13 years. He has 20 years of service with the C&MA National Office in various finance and legal roles and more than 30 years of active involvement in C&MA churches and ministries. Tim is a graduate of Stephen F. Austin State University and holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and a law degree from the University of Houston, Bates Law School.
Joseph C. Padilla, BS in Business Management

Joseph Padilla has been with the Orchard Foundation since 2004 and serves as the Vice President for Development and Ministry Services. From 1995 to 2005, he held Series 6, 63 and 26 NASD licenses. An experienced financial services professional, Joseph is knowledgeable in life insurance, investments and property and casualty insurance products. He has a bachelor's degree in business management from Western New Mexico University.
Dawn Williams, CPA, GMA

Dawn Williams joined the Orchard team in December 2015 and serves as the AVP for Finance and Fiduciary Services. As a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Dawn brings more than 20 years of finance and accounting experience. She previously served as the Vice President of Finance and Business Services for Compassion International, a fast-growing international charitable organization. In addition to being a CPA, Dawn also holds certifications from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Colorado Society of Certified Public Accountants and is a certified Global Management Accountant. Dawn received her bachelor’s degree in business with an emphasis in accounting from the University of Colorado.

Guy Burgo joined The Orchard Foundation in February 2016 and serves as Director for Estate and Gift Design Services. Prior to coming on staff, Guy served as a planned giving consultant for Orchard for over a decade. Guy is a pastor, speaker and author with a passion and calling for biblical worldview stewardship, generosity and planned giving. He’s been a planned giving consultant to more than 100 other ministries around the country and has helped over 2,300 families with their gift and estate planning needs. Guy is the author of “Free to Give as God Intended,” and has been in the planned giving industry for more than 20 years.
